Parking Portal
DOWNTOWN RESIDENTS: Enter your user name and password or click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” link and follow the prompts to setup your account. At the Parking Portal home page, click the Purchase button in the Permits section to begin the application process. Downtown residents with a parking account will also have the option of getting up to three 2-day guest passes per month.
DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES: Enter the user name and password issued to you by the City of Beverly. If a user name and password has not been provided, click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” link and follow the prompts to setup your account. At the Parking Portal home page, click the Purchase button in the Permits section to begin the application process. (Business Permits are non-refundable)
